How to build a signup form

Create a signup form in TinyCourier and add it to your website so visitors can join your email list automatically.

A signup form lets visitors join your email list themselves. New subscribers flow straight into TinyCourier, no manual adding required.

Step 1: Create the form

Go to Forms → New form. Give it a name you’ll recognize (like “Homepage newsletter”).

Step 2: Choose your fields

Every form needs an email field. You can add more, like first name or a dropdown, by mapping them to your subscriber fields. Keep it short: the fewer boxes, the more people sign up.

Step 3: Make it match your brand

Set your colors, button style, and corner roundness so the form looks like part of your site.

Step 4: Add it to your website

When you’re ready, copy the embed snippet we give you, a small piece of code, and paste it into your website where you want the form to appear.

Most website builders (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, etc.) have an “embed,” “custom code,” or “HTML” block. Paste the snippet there and save.

Not technical? Hand the snippet to whoever manages your website. That’s all they need.

What happens when someone signs up

New signups go through double opt-in: they confirm their address by clicking a button in a quick email before joining. This keeps your list healthy and your emails out of spam. Learn more in What is double opt-in.

You can brand that confirmation email under Settings → Branding → Double opt-in email.

Built-in spam protection

Your forms automatically block bots and junk signups (using invisible checks and disposable-email filtering), so you don’t have to think about it.

Tip: use tags

You can have a form automatically tag everyone who signs up through it. That makes it easy to see where each subscriber came from and to target them later. See Tags and segments.
