Setting your sender details and email footer

Configure your default From name and address, and the legally required unsubscribe link and postal address footer, in TinyCourier.

Two quick settings make your emails look professional and keep you on the right side of the law. You’ll find both under Settings → Sending.

Your default sender

This is the From name and From address every new campaign starts with, like:

Your Company <hello@yourcompany.com>

Set it under the Branding tab:

  • From name: what shows in the inbox (your name or company).
  • From address: must be on a verified domain.
  • Reply-to (optional): where replies go, if different from the From address. This can be any email.

You can always tweak these for a single campaign on the review screen.

Every marketing email, on every platform, is legally required to include:

  1. An unsubscribe link, so people can opt out.
  2. Your physical mailing address.

These keep you compliant with laws like CAN-SPAM (US) and GDPR (EU). TinyCourier adds them to every campaign automatically, so you can’t forget. You set them once under the Footer & compliance tab.

Your postal address

A real mailing address is required. Don’t want to use your home? That’s fine, the law also accepts a P.O. box or a commercial mail-receiving address.

You can’t remove the footer (it’s the law), but you can make it match your brand:

  • Change the unsubscribe link text and colors.
  • Add an optional tagline (like “You’re receiving this because you subscribed”).

Want the unsubscribe link inside your design too? Drop {{unsubscribe_url}} anywhere in your email and it becomes a second, fully styleable link. The footer one still always sends.

That’s it. Set these once and every campaign is covered.
