Plans, billing, and usage limits
How TinyCourier plans work, what counts toward your limits, and how to upgrade, downgrade, or manage your subscription.
This page explains what you’re paying for and how the limits work, no surprises.
What counts toward your plan
Your plan is based on two things:
- Active subscribers: the people currently on your list.
- Emails sent: how many emails you send during your billing month.
Your current usage is shown right on your Dashboard and Billing page, so you always know where you stand.
How the billing month works
Your sending limit resets every month on your billing anniversary, the day you subscribed, not the 1st of the calendar month. So if you signed up on the 12th, your sends reset on the 12th each month.
Changing plans
Go to Billing to manage everything.
- Upgrade: takes effect right away so you get more room immediately.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.
- Preview: you can see the price before you confirm any change.
Managing your subscription and invoices
Click Billing → Manage to open the secure customer portal, where you can update your card, view invoices, and download receipts.
What happens if I hit my limit?
We’ll let you know as you get close. If you reach your sending or subscriber limit, you can simply upgrade to keep going. Your data is always safe, nothing is deleted for hitting a limit.
Free plan note
On the free plan, a small “Sent with TinyCourier” line appears in your email footer. Upgrading to any paid plan removes it.
