Getting your account approved to send

New TinyCourier accounts get a quick review before sending is enabled. Here's what we ask, why, and how to get approved fast.

Before your first email goes out, we take a quick look at your account. It’s a quick check, not a test, and it usually takes about one business day.

Why we do this

When one sender sends spam, it can hurt inbox placement for everyone on the platform. By reviewing new accounts, we keep TinyCourier’s reputation strong so your emails keep landing in the inbox. Think of it as protecting the neighborhood.

The good news: while you wait, you can do everything else, build your list, design campaigns, set up your domain. Only the final Send button is locked.

How to get approved

Go to Send clearance (you’ll also see a prompt when you try to send). Fill in a short form:

  • What your business is about or what you plan to send.
  • How many subscribers you have.
  • What country you’re based in.
  • Where your subscribers came from.
  • How those people agreed to hear from you.
  • A website or product link (optional, but it speeds things up).

Then click Submit for review.

Tips to get approved faster

  • Be specific and honest. “We run a plant shop and send a weekly care-tips newsletter to people who bought from us” is perfect.
  • Add your website. It helps us see you’re a real business.
  • Explain how people opted in. The clearest path to approval is showing that your subscribers genuinely asked to hear from you (signed up on your site, bought from you, etc.).

What happens next

  • Approved ✅: You’ll get an email and sending unlocks right away.
  • Need more info: We’ll ask a quick follow-up. Just add the detail and resubmit.
  • Not approved: We’ll explain why. Often it’s a list-source concern you can fix and resubmit.

Most accounts are approved on the first try within a day. Build away in the meantime!
